Overview

As a Digital Performance Copywriter, you'll combine creativity and strategy to develop engaging campaigns that connect with audiences and deliver measurable results. Join us in shaping Santander’s digital presence through powerful storytelling, conversion-focused messaging, and innovative campaign concepts.

Responsibilities

• Concept Development: Creates and develops creative ideas for Santander campaigns.
• Copywriting: Produces copy for digital performance marketing channels. Writes clear, conversion-focused content aimed at driving sales. Adapts and extends campaign messaging across formats such as Paid Media, Owned Media, and Email Marketing. May also be required to support the CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) team when needed.
• Team Collaboration: Works closely with designers and client-side teams.
• Presentations: Presents ideas and concepts to clients as part of the Digital Marketing team.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least two years of experience in agencies or communication-related roles.
• Languages: Strong command of Portuguese and professional working proficiency in English.
• Skills: Excellent storytelling abilities and the capability to adapt the tone of voice to different brands.
