Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Teamlead in a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Asana and/or Trello.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members in daily tasks, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Develop project plans, delegate tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate project updates, changes, and issues to stakeholders.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with other department leads to ensure alignment of project goals.
• Identify areas for improvement in processes or workflows and implement solutions.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards.
