Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the digitalization of administrative processes using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).
  • Collaborate with business units to map current processes, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized digital workflows.
  • Apply Lean methodologies to streamline operations and eliminate waste.
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new digital tools and processes.
  • Promote awareness and exploration of AI possibilities
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on the impact of digital transformation initiatives.
Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; 3–5 years of experience in digital transformation, process improvement, or a similar role;
  • Proven experience with low-code/no-code platforms, and AI tools;
  • Solid understanding of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies;
  • Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement;
  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (written and spoken), German and/or Spanish is a plus;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Project management skills and agile methodologies;
  • Capability to work with autonomy, methodical and self-organized;
  • Results oriented with high quality standards;
  • Team player with good communication skills;
  • Creativity and “out of the box thinking” to challenge the status quo and generate new ideas, methods and ways of working.
