Job summary

n8n GmbH is seeking a Knowledge Architect to design and operate our shared context infrastructure, turning fragmented company knowledge into a reliable, governed, and reusable context platform. You will onboard teams, define standards, and enable non-technical contributors to contribute high‑quality context across the company.

The role involves configuring ingestion from collaboration and storage tools, partnering with IT, Security, and Legal, and ensuring the company brain remains up-to-date

Qualifications

• Experience designing structured content or knowledge programs at scale, with taxonomies, style guides, templates, or contributor guidelines.
• Hands-on work with knowledge or context systems to turn fragmented qualitative info into usable context.
• Comfort configuring and operating SaaS knowledge or context platforms, APIs, integrations, and basic issue troubleshooting.
• Track record of training non-technical stakeholders to maintain high-quality content long term.
• Ability to collaborate with IT, Security, and Legal on access rules and data flows for sensitive info.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a clear quality bar for knowledge structure and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design taxonomy, structure, contributor guidelines, and templates for reliable, reusable context.
• Onboard functions to the company brain and enable teams to structure and maintain knowledge.
• Configure ingestion from Slack, Gong, Drive, and Notion and manage day-to-day platform setup.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and Legal to define access requirements and data governance.
• Ensure content stays current and becomes a trusted source of context across the organization.
