Your Role
  • As part of our team, youll deliver top-notch customer service via phone, email, or chat. Your tasks may include:

  • Resolving complaints and handling changes or adjustments with professionalism.
What You Bring
  • Language Skills: C2 level Latvian speaker with good English (B1 level or higher).
  • Tech-Savvy: Strong computer and internet skills.
  • Interpersonal Excellence: Great communication, team spirit, and a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility: Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience: Previous call center/customer service experience is a plus!
