What you will do in this role

As a Content Moderator, you will:

  • Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels (e.g., email, chat, phone), ensuring accurate and timely updates in CRM systems with all relevant details.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by addressing their questions and resolving issues professionally, promptly, and with empathy.
  • Enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction by providing effective solutions and ensuring a seamless experience throughout every interaction.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional, and approachable tone in all communications, fostering trust and positive engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and management to optimize workflows and deliver a superior customer experience.
  • Identify common customer challenges, provide actionable feedback on recurring issues, and proactively suggest areas for improvement in processes or policies.

  • Have experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or online booking industry.
