Role Overview

Were hiring a German-speaking Content Moderator to join our growing team in Lisbon! Youll review user-generated content for compliance with community standards and help maintain a safe online environment.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 22:00 (rotative shifts)
• Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
• Base Salary: 1,100 gross/month x 14 months (15,400 annually)
• Performance Bonus: Up to 380/month
• Welcome Bonus: 3,000 gross (for all new hires in B&M onsite projects, German market, until end of July)
• Meal Allowance: 7.63 net per working day
• Transport Allowance: Not provided
• Relocation Housing: Shared accommodation provided as part of the relocation package

Relocation Support

For those relocating from outside Portugal:

• Hotel Accommodation: 28 days upon arrival
• Flight Reimbursement: Up to 400 after 180 days of contract (Economy Class)

For those relocating from within Portugal:

• Hotel Accommodation: 15 days upon arrival
• Travel Cost Reimbursement: Up to 150 after 180 days of contract (Economy Class)
