About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Content Moderator with fluency in German (C1 level) and proficiency in English (B2 level) to join our team in Porto. As part of this role, you will ensure compliance, content accuracy, and a positive user experience for a popular social media platform.

Responsibilities:

• Review online videos, content, complaints, and legal notices related to client materials and copyright issues.
• Audit and update content uploaded to the platform, ensuring adherence to compliance and accuracy guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining content quality based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Protect customer data and confidentiality in every task.
• Collaborate effectively within a team while demonstrating high levels of independence and attention to detail.

Employee Profile:

• Proficient in German (C1) and English (B2).
• Strong computer navigation skills with experience using PCs.
• Skilled in communication (both written and verbal), with an ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Comfortable working shifts, including rotating schedules (24/7) with 2 days off per week.
• Attention to detail, adaptability, and a positive attitude toward repetitive, high-production tasks.
• Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary and Benefits:

• Base Salary: 950/month (paid over 14 months).
• Language Bonus: 450/month (paid over 12 months).
• Meal Allowance: 1,837 annually (net).
• Relocation Package: Includes flight tickets and 3 weeks of accommodation.
• Estimated Yearly Income: 20,537.
• Workplace: On-site at POP (Porto Office Park), Porto.
• Schedule: Rotating shifts (24/7) with 2 days off per week.
