About the Role

We are seeking a German-speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will ensure that user-generated content on a leading e-commerce platform meets community, legal, and safety standards. You will play a vital part in safeguarding the platforms integrity while supporting a safe and engaging user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and moderate content in line with service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.

  • Ensure uploaded content complies with platform policies, legal regulations, and safety guidelines.

  • Stay updated on policy changes and adapt quickly to new procedures or schedules.

  • Identify and escalate issues through the proper internal channels.

  • Apply sound judgment and consistency while upholding company protocols.

Requirements
  • Languages: Native/Fluent German (C2) and fluent English (minimum B2).

  • Strong moderation skills with excellent communication and judgment.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and industry standards.

  • Ability to manage high workloads, particularly during peak promotional periods.

  • Customer-oriented, empathetic, and capable of balanced decision-making.
