Responsibilities
  • As a Content Moderator, you will review content in line with established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks.
  • Ensured uploaded content complied with platform policies, legal standards, and safety guidelines.
  • Identified and escalated issues through proper internal channels, adhering to company protocols.
  • Maintained strong knowledge and enthusiasm for leading e-commerce products, services, and industry standards.
  • Adapted to policy updates, schedule changes, and followed standard operating procedures with consistency.
  • Review content in line with established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in French language, C2 level.
  • Fluency in English language, B2 level.
  • Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
  • Eligible to work in EU or Portuguese residency status.
  • Excellent moderation abilities with clear verbal and written communication, sound judgment, and local market insight.
  • Able to work rotating shifts.
  • Strong customer service skills with empathy, effective communication, and balanced decision-making.
  • Computer and Internet literate.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and industry practices.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to manage high workloads and maintain performance during peak promotional periods.
