Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking content moderation specialists to join a multilingual team supporting an international client. Fluency in Estonian and English is essential, and language skills will be used daily.

You will review user-generated content against platform policies and document reasons, escalating high-risk cases when needed. Paid training and supportive leadership are provided, along with clear quality guidance and internal progression opportunities.

Location and working arrangement:

This is an on-site position based in Lisbon. Working hours: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week.
