You will manage communities, produce multi-format content, monitor trends, and collaborate with the Communications team. The role requires 3-5 years' experience, strong Portuguese writing, and the ability to travel to the Lisbon office twice weekly.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of social media, trends, and digital formats.
• Excellent writing skills in Portuguese (and good level of English).
• Creative profile with editorial sensitivity and attention to detail.
• High autonomy, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Initiative and results-oriented mindset; comfortable working in a team.
• Available to travel to the Lisbon office 2x per week.
• Available to start within 30 days.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement the monthly content plan, aligned with the communication strategy
• Identify relevant themes and formats for different platforms (LinkedIn and Meta)
• Create, adapt, and edit content across social media formats and channels (copy, image, and short video)
• Community management: respond to comments and messages in the brand's tone of voice, foster interactions and engagement
• Track digital trends and identify participation opportunities, proposing agile and timely content (real-time marketing), while monitoring competitors and industry best practices
• Monitor KPIs and produce monthly performance reports
• Provide cross-functional support to the Communications department

Hyphen is recruiting a Content Manager to strengthen the Communications team of a leading client in the financial services sector, with a strong digital presence and an associated brand in the automotive space.

We are looking for a creative, proactive, results-driven person to energize the client's brands on social media. This profile will help define and execute the content strategy, manage the community, and identify relevant opportunities to strengthen the connection with the brands' audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the monthly content plan, aligned with the communication strategy
• Identify relevant themes and formats for different platforms (LinkedIn and Meta)
• Create, adapt, and edit content across social media formats and channels (copy, image, and short video)
• Community management: respond to comments and messages in the brand's tone of voice, foster interactions and engagement
• Track digital trends and identify participation opportunities, proposing agile and timely content (real-time marketing), while monitoring competitors and industry best practices
• Monitor KPIs and produce monthly performance reports
• Provide cross-functional support to the Communications department

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar roles
