The British American Tobacco Portugal is offering a Consumer Experience Intern in Lisbon. This internship provides practical exposure to marketing, commercial and business analysis while supporting day‑to‑day activities and cross‑functional projects.

You'll work with the Consumer Experience team, contribute to analysis, reporting, and materials for business decisions, and gain experience with internal tools, while receiving a monthly internship allowance and a meal allowance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, economics, marketing, finance, or a relevant field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and able to collaborate with multiple departments.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Support the collection, organisation and submission of information from different data sources
• Assist with Excel files, reports and recurring tracking processes
• Support the monitoring and analysis of industry, consumer and competitor information
• Collaborate with internal teams by helping to prepare information that supports planning and forecasting discussions
• Provide support during the monthly planning cycle and in the preparation of above-market reporting inputs
• Assist in preparing presentations, meeting materials and other documents required by the team

British American Tobacco Portugal has an exciting opportunity for a Consumer Experience Intern in Lisbon.

The Consumer Experience department plays a key role in supporting business planning and market execution by helping the team gather, organise and analyse relevant information. This internship is designed to provide practical exposure to a professional environment and to support the development of skills in Marketing, Commercial and Business Analysis.

As an Intern, you will support the team in day-to-day activities and ongoing projects, gaining exposure to business processes, internal tools and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with the Consumer Experience team and other stakeholders, contributing to analysis, reporting and preparation of materials that support business decisions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support the collection, organisation and submission of information from different data sources
• Assist with Excel files, reports and recurring tracking processes
• Support the monitoring and analysis of industry, consumer and competitor information
• Collaborate with internal teams by helping to prepare information that supports planning and forecasting discussions
• Provide support during the monthly planning cycle and in the preparation of above-market reporting inputs
• Assist in preparing presentations, meeting materials and other documents required by the team

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or relevant field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proactive attitude and ability to work and cooperate with a variety of departments
• Excellent command of written and spoken English

• Meal allowance of 10.20€ per effective working day, paid through meal card, according to the applicable local policy
