Job summary

Inetum Portugal is seeking an SAP HCM Payroll specialist to join our team in Lisbon or Porto. You will work on SAP HCM Payroll and/or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), configuring payroll processes and collaborating with international stakeholders to deliver solutions.

Ideal candidates will have strong payroll expertise, a solid understanding of payroll configuration, and the ability to analyze complex issues and propose practical solutions in a global context.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in SAP HCM Payroll and/or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Good knowledge of Payroll processes and configuration
• Ability to analyze complex issues and propose solutions
• Experience working with business/users in an international environment

• Provide SAP HCM Payroll and ECP configuration and support in international projects
• Analyze payroll processes and propose optimizations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements
