Accenture Portugal is seeking a Consulting Analyst to support clients by designing and implementing business and technology operating models across industries. You will translate strategy into actionable plans and participate in large-scale transformations, gaining early responsibility and hands-on experience.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field, demonstrate outstanding academics, and are fluent in Portuguese and English, with travel as needed.

• Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable.

• Design and improve business and technology operating models to enhance organizational agility and effectiveness.
• Translate the strategic direction and business objectives established by clients into holistic strategies and actionable plans.
• Participate in diagnosing business challenges, planning and leading transformation initiatives.
• Work on large-scale digital, IT, and operational transformations that enhance business capabilities.
• Implement programs and interventions that prepare organizations for the adoption of new business processes or technologies.
• Leverage Accenture’s methods, tools, and assets to design and deliver effective solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s Degree holders, in one of our preferred Majores: Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar;
• A track record of outstanding academic performance;
• Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
