The opportunity
EY is looking for a ServiceNow Consultant to join our Digital Engineering team. In this role, you will play a key role in providing the competitive edge our customers need to overcome some of the biggest creative and technical challenges. You will help clients realize the value from their IT investments, support strategy, and guide their IT vision, strategy, and roadmap as they embark on transformation journeys. Our consultants work in agile, cross-functional teams addressing issues like cloud, emerging technologies, digital transformation, enterprise agility, and AI.
Your key responsibilities
- Participate in strategic projects across various industries
- Define and implement technical and business requirements for ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, GRC, ESG, etc.)
- Collaborate with ServiceNow technical teams
- Support team management
- Oversee application and workflow configuration
- Translate strategic objectives into tactical and operational goals
- Analyze client technological transformation opportunities and provide solutions
- Develop client-specific reporting and integration components
- Advise on digital transformation and technology enablement for performance improvement
- Contribute to proposals and client presentations
- Assist in business development
- Work with digital and cloud teams to deliver end-to-end digital solutions
- Identify and prioritize transformation initiatives
- Stay updated on best practices and market trends
- Contribute to EY’s Technology Transformation initiatives
- Understand EY’s consulting services and partnerships

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, informatics, management, or similar
- 2+ years in consulting or high-tech industry
- 1+ years of ServiceNow project experience
- Knowledge of BPMN, IT Governance, ITSM frameworks
- Experience with transformation projects and change management
- Proficiency in English
Ideally, you’ll also have
- ServiceNow certifications
- ITSM frameworks (ITIL) certifications
- Experience with Agile and DevOps
- Design Thinking experience
