Cbtalents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a technology-focused customer service project based in Portugal. This remote role is Portugal-based, with relocation support for eligible candidates and a preference for those already in the country or willing to relocate.

You will assist French-speaking customers, answer questions, troubleshoot simple technical issues, and record cases to ensure a positive, smooth experience across channels.

About The Role

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a technology-related customer service project based in Portugal.

The position is remote within Portugal. Candidates may already be based in Portugal or be open to relocating. Relocation support is available for eligible candidates.
