We are in need of an Entry Level Computer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Faro, Portugal. This is a contract position with a starting salary of 1200$. As an Entry Level Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients via phone, email, and remote access. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in the IT field and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. No prior experience is required as we provide on-the-job training. Please note that this position does not include accommodation arrangements.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to clients regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via phone, email or remote access
- Escalate complex issues to senior support specialists or IT department when necessary
- Keep track of all customer interactions and maintain accurate documentation of service requests
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures for efficient support services

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking systems, and troubleshooting techniques preferred
