As a valued member of our growing Compliance Services team, you will be responsible for the accurate preparation and filing of IPT returns for your own portfolio of clients – not only ensuring they meet their legal obligations, but also ensuring our reputation as the European market leader in Insurance Premium Tax (IPT) compliance services. The world of compliance services offers real responsibility from day one – you will be looking after your own clients in the following ways:
Pre-employment Assessment – An online assessment to help us understand your skills and approach to problem-solving.
Video HR Interview – It is a chance for us to learn more about your background, motivations, and what you are looking for in your next role.
Excel Assessment – Since Excel proficiency is key in this role, you will complete a short exercise to demonstrate your comfort with spreadsheets.
Department Interview – A final conversation with the team you will potentially join, focusing on role-specific knowledge, collaboration, and how you would contribute to our day-to-day operations.
