GulfStream Media UAE in Faro, Portugal is looking for a compassionate Caregiver to support elderly or disabled individuals, helping them maintain independence and improve quality of life. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, provide companionship, and maintain a safe environment.

Fluent Portuguese is required; English is a plus. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Portugal and be open to training.

Qualificações

• Previous caregiver experience preferred but not required
• Willing to obtain necessary training and certifications
• Empathy, patience, and understanding for varying mobility or cognitive abilities
• Fluent in Portuguese; knowledge of English a plus
• Legally authorized to work in Portugal

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare provider
• Monitor and record changes in physical and mental health status
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with the individual
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the individual
• Communicate effectively with family, healthcare providers, and care team
