GulfStream Media UAE in Faro, Portugal is looking for a compassionate Caregiver to support elderly or disabled individuals, helping them maintain independence and improve quality of life. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, provide companionship, and maintain a safe environment.

Fluent Portuguese is required; English is a plus. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Portugal and be open to training.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Portuguese; knowledge of English a plus

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and compassionate Caregiver to join our team in Faro Portugal As a caregiver you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to elderly or disabled individuals helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing dressing and meal preparation
• Administer medication as prescribed by the individuals healthcare provider
• Monitor and record changes in the individuals physical and mental health status
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with the individual
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the individual
• Communicate effectively with family members healthcare providers and other members of the care team

Requirements

• Previous experience as a caregiver is preferred but not required
• Must be willing to obtain necessary training and certifications if needed
• Ability to show empathy patience and understanding towards individuals with varying levels of mobility or cognitive abilities
• Fluent in Portuguese knowledge of English is a plus
• Must be legally authorized to work in Portugal

Salary

We are offering a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position
