Northern Health is seeking a Registered Psychiatric Nurse to join the Older Adult Community Mental Health Team. The role is an ongoing, part-time position (40 hours per fortnight) with home/community visits across Melbourne’s northern outer suburbs.

You will be a Key Clinician, have strong mental health assessment skills and documentation, and work collaboratively with a diverse team within our community services.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Psychiatric Nurse with APHRA.
• Postgraduate diploma in Mental Health Nursing.
• Minimum 5 years in mental health.
• Current driver’s license.
• Experience in community mental health and older adults.

Aufgaben

• Provide care to older adults in home or aged care facilities.
• Conduct mental health assessments and risk assessments.
• Act as a Key Clinician.
• Be mobile and visit a diverse range of older adults.
• Collaborate with the team and seek support as needed.
