Overview

We are hiring: Communication Project Manager

Location: Lisbon – Oriente

Start date: Immediate availability

Contract: Outsourcing (with possibility of integration at the end of Q1 2026)

Salary: €1,700 (negotiable depending on experience) + Meal Allowance €8.60/day

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and implement communication initiatives (employer branding, internal/external communication, events management).
  • Act as the project’s main point of contact, working closely with HR, Communication, Change Management, and other business/support functions.
  • Build trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate relationships with communication suppliers (design, video, photo, agencies).
  • Support corporate communication strategies and local brand activation.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and provide insights to improve communication effectiveness.
What we are looking for
  • 4–6 years of experience in Corporate Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or Project Management (agency or multinational experience is highly valued).
  • Strong project management and strategic planning skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of PowerBI and Adobe Suite is a plus.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written); French is a strong plus.
  • Creative, proactive, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a natural networker.
