Overview

At Spaceship, we're not just looking for a Communication Designer, we're looking for a visual storyteller who can spark emotion, drive connection, and bring bold ideas to life. You'll craft identities, campaigns, and content that reach millions, leaving your mark on a brand that’s redefining digital freedom. Location: Hybrid

Interview Process: 3 stages - 45 min HR conversation ➡ Home Task ➡ 1h Values/Technical interview

Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma

Reporting to: Brand Design Manager

Your team: You will mainly be part of a team of 17 (1 UX Manager, 1 UX Assistant Manager, 5 Design leads, 5 Communication Designers, 1 Interaction Designer, 1 Motion Designer, 1 Illustrator and 1 Copywriter, and YOU!), plus small cross-functional teams, and a wider group of designers.

What will you do:

As part of the Brand team, you will have experience with visual language systems, brand identity, and the development of visual communications with impeccable attention to detail. This position will involve bringing ideas to life, interpreting concepts, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, such as multiple UX teams.

What You’ll Bring:

• A strong ability to bring ideas to life, interpreting concepts and shaping distinctive visual directions and languages.
• A portfolio that shows your experience across brand design, graphic design, UI Design, and information architecture.
• Proficiency in design tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (video editing is a plus), Figma, and design libraries.
• A systems-thinking mindset to solve complex problems through clear and engaging visual storytelling.
• A deep understanding of the design process from concept to delivery, with the ability to adapt the level of detail based on project needs.
• Strong communication skills to clearly present and explain design ideas to a variety of stakeholders.
