Job Description

As a Business Operations Manager at Nokia, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of our business unit. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our operational processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at maximizing stakeholder value. Your efforts will help bridge strategic vision with operational readiness, supporting our dynamic organizational goals.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Write and edit content for internal and supplier communication
  • Plan and execute communication plans
  • Plan and execute change management activities
  • Drive continuous improvement mindset within organization and supports bottom-up initiatives
  • Provide communication advice and guidance to the sourcing team
  • Plan and provide trainings to the organization
  • Support the execution of supplier and internal events
  • Prepare executive presentations

Key Skills And Experience

You have:

  • Strong writing and editing skills for clear communication
  • Project management skills for cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent presentation and networking abilities
  • Fluent command of English, both written and verbal
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in business operations

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience in change management and training facilitation
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms
