Forvia Faurecia procura um estagiário de Commodity Buyer Trainee em Portugal. O(a) candidato(a) apoiará a definição da estratégia de commodity e trabalhará com compradores e gerentes para manter o painel de fornecedores.

O(a) candidato(a) ideal possui licenciatura ou mestrado em Engenharia ou Gestão, domínio do inglês, perfil internacional, orientação para resultados e fortes competências de negociação. O estágio oferece formação, desenvolvimento global e ambiente dinâmico.

Responsabilidades

• apoiar a definição da estratégia de commodity para os compradores de commodity
• apoiar a implementação da estratégia através de políticas de painel para a commodity designada
• identificar novos fornecedores a integrar no painel e propor a sua integração ao comprador e ao gerente de commodity
• apoiar a implementação estratégica do painel na fase de desenvolvimento
• apoiar a melhoria da eficiência do trabalho diário (ex.: implementação de IA)
• gerir o relacionamento com fornecedores na sua carteira com o apoio do comprador de commodity
• proporcionar insights locais e inputs ao update do modelo de custos ao Finance
• fornecer lista de fornecedores elegíveis para sourcing ao program buyer conforme a estratégia de commodity
• apoiar planos de mitigação de risco com o apoio de buyers seniores

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Commodity Buyer Trainee - Decoration is responsible to support the Commodity Buyer/Commodity Manager to define commodity strategy for its assigned commodity.

The main missions of the role are:

• Provide support for Commodity strategy definition to Commodity Buyers
• Support implementation of the strategy through panel policy for assigned Commodity and accountable of the strategy deployment
• Identify new suppliers to integrate the panel (scouting) and propose to Commodity Buyer and Commodity Manager their integration in suppliers panel list.
• Support strategic panel implementation in the Development phase
• Support efficiency improvement of daily work operations (i.e. AI implementation)
• Accountable for management of suppliers in his/her portfolio including risk management
• Manage relationship with suppliers, supported by the Commodity Buyer
• Provide local insights & inputs to cost model performance update to Finance
• Provide supplier list eligible for sourcing to program buyer according commodity strategy for sustainable performance
• Support supplier risk mitigation plans with support of serial buyers
