The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Architecture, 5+ years in commercial architecture, strong knowledge of building codes, and solid project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English (Portuguese is an asset).

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss their needs and preferences for commercial projects
• Develop initial concepts and present them to clients for approval
• Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using AutoCAD or other design software
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget
• Monitor construction progress to ensure it aligns with the design plans and meets safety standards
• Make necessary adjustments or modifications as needed throughout the construction process
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that may arise
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress

We offer competitive compensation, including a salary of $1500 per month for part-time work. Accommodation can also be provided if needed. This position also includes the opportunity for free visa sponsorship and travel tickets.
