GE HealthCare in Porto region is seeking a skilled analyst to support critical commercial initiatives with day-to-day analytical support to drive growth. You will provide reporting and analytics to Commercial Operations Managers, assist with funnel management, and perform win/loss analysis.

Role requires collaboration across cross-functional teams, strong communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. Frequent travel across Portugal is expected as part of field support.

Qualificações

• BA/BS degree or high school diploma required.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to meet time-sensitive objectives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Prior experience in a sales-related industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Demonstrates integrity and high ethical standards in decisions and actions.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to plan ahead.
• Highly organized and able to multitask effectively.
• Proactive and resourceful in problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Provide reporting and analytical support to Commercial Operations Managers.
• Assist with funnel management and ensure data accuracy.
• Perform win/loss data analysis and maintain After Action Review for win/loss reviews.
• Assist with territory development and deployment activities.
• Work closely with team to monitor and track Sell & Ship opportunities.
• Provide general coaching and training for field partners.
• Support field teams through researching orders and revenue issues impacting compensation.
• Collaborate with sales and operations for aged Cash On Account cleanup.
• Help support operating mechanisms, processes and tools that enable GEHC vision with customers.
• Provide backup for Commercial Operations Managers as appropriate.
• Ensure data analytics drive budgeting and financial planning activities.
• Role based in the north of Portugal (Porto or surroundings) with frequent travel across Portugal.
