Merkle, a dentsu company in Lisbon, is seeking a Commerce Delivery Lead to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex product initiatives within a critical e‑commerce program. You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards for clients.

Responsibilities include defining scope, developing detailed delivery plans, coordinating teams, managing risks, and communicating progress to stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Commerce Delivery Lead in a tech-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of PM methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project).
• Demonstrated experience in product management, including lifecycle management and roadmap development.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and monitoring tools (Bamboo/Jenkins or similar, Grafana/OpenSearch or similar) is a plus.

• Conduct post-delivery evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the product management team to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Report and escape to Programme Management.
