Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 4-7 years of production software development experience.
• Strong C# and .NET experience with REST APIs and databases.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop cloud software integrating voice, UC, and AI capabilities.
• Build and maintain APIs and services for call control, media, and routing.
• Integrate AI capabilities such as transcription and conversational intelligence.
• Develop reliable integrations with telephony, UC, and contact-center platforms.
• Troubleshoot real-time communications issues across layers (application, signaling, media).
• Improve scalability, security, and observability of real-time services.
