Infineon Technologies AG in Porto is seeking a Cloud Security Specialist to strengthen cloud security and compliance across hybrid environments. You will implement and monitor security controls, manage tooling, and translate security requirements into effective technical solutions.

You will work with Wiz and CIS Security Suite, drive automation, and collaborate with IT and governance teams to close gaps. Fluency in English and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset are essential.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Strong experience in security hardening, configuration management and preventive security controls in hybrid enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with CSPM platforms and security benchmark frameworks (Wiz, CIS Security Suite).
• Good understanding of cloud security principles across AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Ability to translate governance and compliance requirements into technical implementations and monitoring.
• Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluency in English.

• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement of cloud security monitoring and compliance processes.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

You will be responsible for strengthening cloud security and compliance across hybrid environments by implementing and monitoring security controls, managing security tooling, and translating security requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve security policies for secure configuration and hardening of client and server resources in hybrid environments
• Translate governance requirements, security standards and stakeholder input into actionable and technical controls within tools such as Wiz and CIS Security Suite
• Administer, maintain and optimize CSPM and related security tools to support cloud security posture and compliance monitoring
• Support the implementation of security controls and work with other teams to address findings and compliance gaps
• Monitor cloud security posture, control effectiveness and compliance coverage across supported environments
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement of cloud security monitoring and compliance processes

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

We are looking for a technical problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a hands‑on approach. You should be enthusiastic about working directly with tool configurations, customizing settings beyond standard templates, and focusing on automation, scalability, and effectiveness.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or an equivalent field of study
• Strong experience in security hardening, configuration management and preventive security controls in hybrid enterprise environments
• Hands‑on experience working with CSPM platforms and security benchmark frameworks, ideally including Wiz and CIS Security Suite
• Good understanding of cloud security principles and security controls across public cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, GCP
• Proven ability to translate governance and compliance requirements into technical implementations and monitoring capabilities
• Good stakeholder management skills and experience working across security, IT, and governance functions, with strong ability to align and collaborate with cross‑functional teams
• Fluency in English
