TeamViewer is seeking an experienced DevOps/Platform Engineer to design, build, and maintain a scalable Azure-based cloud infrastructure supporting a global SaaS platform. You will operate Kubernetes and Docker containers, use GitOps workflows, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities include implementing robust monitoring with Grafana/Prometheus/Datadog, identifying bottlenecks, and collaborating with Engineering, Product, Security, and Platform teams to ensure high availability and

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/IT or related field.
• Hands-on with cloud providers, preferably Azure.
• Kubernetes and Docker proficiency.
• CI/CD tools such as Jenkins/CircleCI/GitLab.
• IaC with Terraform.
• Monitoring/observability with Grafana/Prometheus/Datadog.
• GitOps and scripting (Python/Bash).
• Networking and cloud infra fundamentals.
• HTTP-based microservices understanding.
• Strong collaboration and English fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Support Azure-based, highly available cloud infra for a global SaaS platform.
• Operate Kubernetes-based platforms with GitOps workflows.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Implement monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
• Identify and resolve performance, security, and scalability bottlenecks.
• Participate in compensated on-call rotations.
• Leverage AI tools to improve troubleshooting and productivity.
• Collaborate across Eng, Product, Security, and Platform teams.
