TeamViewer in Porto, PT, seeks a DevOps Engineer to design, build and operate scalable cloud infrastructure for our global SaaS platform. You will manage Azure-based services, Kubernetes clusters, and CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with Product, Security and Platform teams to ensure reliability and security.

The role requires a university degree in CS or related field, strong hands-on experience with cloud providers (Azure preferred), IaC with Terraform, and proficiency in GitOps, monitoring

Qualificações

• A university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with one or more major cloud providers, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker container management.
• Solid background with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI or GitLab CI/CD.
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging/observability platforms such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or similar.
• Understanding of GitOps and source control tools like Git with scripting skills (Python, Bash).
• Solid knowledge of network, security, and cloud infrastructure.
• Good knowledge of HTTP and microservices architecture.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• English fluency is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Support the design, build, and maintenance of highly available, secure, and scalable Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Operate and maintain Kubernetes-based containerized platforms with GitOps workflows.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation, and operational workflows.
• Assist in implementing robust monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
• Identify and resolve performance, security, and scalability bottlenecks.
• Participate in compensated on-call rotations for incidents.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve troubleshooting and productivity.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Security, and Platform teams to deliver reliable SaaS services.
