Swiss Life Asset Managers in Portugal seeks a Cloud Operations Engineer to manage Azure environments, optimize costs, and drive automation. You will work with our Cloud IT team in a flexible, international setting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT and 3+ years in cloud operations, with Azure and scripting skills (Terraform, Python). AZ-900/104/204 certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform regular Azure operations including monitoring, sizing, cost optimizations and security score follow-ups.
• Produce Azure consumption reports and provide advisory on optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the Cloud IT team to ensure smooth operation of the Azure environment.
• Implement automation and scripting to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and company policies.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Azure certifications (AZ‑900, AZ‑104, AZ‑204) are a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in cloud operations or related field.
• Experience working with Azure and Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in scripting tools such as Terraform and Python.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and operational models.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
