Farfetch is seeking a Cloud Network Engineer in Porto to design, automate, and operate secure, scalable cloud network infrastructure. Join a Platform team delivering modern cloud solutions for a luxury fashion marketplace.

The role emphasizes Infrastructure as Code, network automation, and collaboration with Security and Engineering to achieve reliable, high-performance services in a globally distributed environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in cloud networking, preferably Azure; AWS/GCP experience valued.
• Strong understanding of routing, switching, VPNs, DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing, and firewalls.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform;Automation with Python or Bash.
• Familiar with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Kubernetes networking is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and manage cloud networking across modern cloud platforms.
• Automate network provisioning and operations using Terraform and CI/CD practices.
• Build, maintain, and optimize secure, scalable network architectures.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize routers, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud services.
• Monitor network performance and drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with Platform, Security, and Engineering teams to deliver resilient infrastructure.
• Contribute to standards, documentation, and operational excellence initiatives.
