Decskill, a growing IT consulting company with a strong Lisbon/Porto presence, is seeking a DevOps Engineer for its Cloud-Native Platform. You will own and optimize CI/CD pipelines, implement GitOps, and manage Azure AKS, containers, and IaC tooling.

You will drive automation, observability, security, and performance while collaborating with backend and mobile teams to accelerate delivery and reliability.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering or SRE roles.
• Hands-on CI/CD, Git and GitOps expertise.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes-based deployments.
• Strong Azure knowledge including AKS, storage and networking.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Helm.
• Familiar with ArgoCD or FluxCD and observability tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Implement GitOps practices and automate deployments across environments.
• Manage Azure cloud infrastructure, including AKS, storage and networking.
• Manage containerised environments using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring scalability and resilience.
• Define and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, logging and observability practices.
• Improve production stability, availability and incident response.
• Implement secure DevOps practices, including secrets management.
• Manage and optimise artifact repositories.
• Contribute to performance, load and stress testing.
