MobiLab Solutions is seeking a System Engineer with hands-on cloud migration, Azure and VMware expertise to lead migrations, optimize infrastructure, and ensure reliable hybrid environments.

You will assess on-prem environments, design migration strategies, deploy Azure networking, monitor VMs and networks, and collaborate with IT teams to minimize downtime while delivering secure, scalable cloud solutions. Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills are essential.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in system engineering or IT infrastructure roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud migration strategies.
• Strong knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, Windows Server, Unix, Active Directory, Horizon/Citrix, and networking.

Responsabilidades

• Assess on-premises environments using Azure Migrate and develop tailored migration strategies (rehosting, re-platforming, refactoring).
• Plan and execute migrations from on-premises infrastructure to cloud environments (Azure, VMware, hybrid).
• Deploy and manage Azure networking components such as NSGs, Firewalls, and VNETs, maintaining security and performance standards.
• Manage and troubleshoot Azure VMs, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
• Use tools like Azure Migrate and VMware HCX to support seamless migrations.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure minimal downtime and maximum performance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring cloud environments are secure, scalable, and efficient.
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud systems, implementing best practices for performance and reliability.
• Stay up to date on Azure advancements, recommending process improvements, and leveraging new tools to enhance cloud migration efforts.
• Maintain detailed system documentation and continuously improve infrastructure processes.
• Bring strong technical, analytical, and supervisory skills with a collaborative mindset.
