Job summary

Luza Group procura um Engenheiro de Cloud & Infra para desenhar, implementar e gerir infraestrutura em AWS, Azure e/ ou Google Cloud. O candidato ideal tem mais de 10 anos de experiência, conhecimento profundo em FinOps, redes, VMware e segurança.

O papel envolve monitorização, automação, documentação detalhada e colaboração com equipas multifuncionais. Remoto/ híbrido é possível; diploma relevante é esperado e certificações são valorizadas.

Qualifications

• Mais de 10 anos de experiência em cloud e infra.
• Experiência comprovada com AWS, Azure e/ ou Google Cloud.
• Forte conhecimento de FinOps e gestão de custos na cloud.
• Conhecimentos sólidos de redes (subnetting, firewalls, VPN, DNS, routing, switching).
• Experiência com VMware e ambientes de virtualização.
• Fortes competências de segurança na cloud e infra (IAM, políticas, monitorização).
• Experiência com ferramentas de monitorização e observabilidade (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Experiência com ITSM e documentação (Jira, Confluence).
• Capacidade de trabalhar em ambientes complexos e dinâmicos.
• Boa comunicação e atitude colaborativa.
• Diploma em TI/Computação ou similar.
• Certificações relevantes em cloud são valorizadas.
• Falante de Português.

Responsibilities

• Desenhar, implementar e gerenciar soluções de cloud e infra em AWS, Azure e/ ou Google Cloud.
• Otimizar ambientes cloud com foco em gestão de custos (FinOps).
• Gerir redes, incluindo sub-redes, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, routing e switching.
• Administrar ambientes virtualizados, incluindo VMware.
• Garantir segurança com políticas IAM e monitorização.
• Implementar e gerir ferramentas de monitorização/observabilidade (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Documentar tecnicamente e gerir fluxos de trabalho com ITSM (Jira/Confluence).
• Continuar a otimizar desempenho, escalabilidade e fiabilidade da infraestrutura.
• Modelo de trabalho híbrido/remote.

What You'll do:

• Design, implement, and manage cloud and infrastructure solutions across AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud;
• Optimize cloud environments with a strong focus on cost management and FinOps practices;
• Manage and configure network infrastructures, including subnetting, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, routing, and switching;
• Administer and maintain virtualized environments, including VMware;
• Ensure cloud and infrastructure security through IAM policies, compliance controls, and monitoring solutions;
• Implement and manage monitoring and observability tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.);
• Maintain technical documentation and manage workflows using ITSM tools such as Jira and Confluence;
• C ontinuously optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, and reliability;
• Hybrid Work Model.

Who You Are:

• 10+ years of experience in cloud and infrastructure engineering;
• Proven experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud platforms;
• Strong knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost management practices;
• Solid networking knowledge (subnetting, firewalls, VPN, DNS, routing, switching);
• Experience with VMware and virtualization environments;
• Strong understanding of cloud and infrastructure security (IAM, policies, compliance, monitoring);
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana);
• Experience using ITSM and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence;
• Ability to work in complex and dynamic environments;
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset;
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative attitude;
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar;
• Relevant cloud certifications are highly valued;
• Portuguese Speaker.
