• Solid expertise in VMware solutions such as VMware Cloud Foundation and VMware NSX.

Role:Cloud Engineer (Azure & VMware)

Location:Hybrid, Lisbon or Porto

Requirements

• Proven experience in cloud engineering, including design and management of cloud environments
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), with primary focus on Microsoft Azure
• Solid expertise in VMware solutions such as VMware Cloud Foundation and VMware NSX
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform or CloudFormation)
• Proficiency in scripting and automation with Python, Bash or PowerShell
• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes)

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies

• Ability to analyze and interpret monitoring data and correlate with business insights
• Proactive, independent working style with strong teamwork and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Azure, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, or VMware

• Additional experience with monitoring and observability tools

• Participation in large-scale, complex cloud projects
