COCUS ProSource seeks a Cloud Architect to design IT solutions addressing business challenges. You will work with Delivery and Product Managers in a cloud-first mindset, spanning on-prem and cloud environments, ensuring holistic, scalable architectures.

You will evaluate technologies, craft architecture diagrams, and document implementations while aligning with security and performance standards. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Solution Architect designing IT solutions.
• Strong cloud-based design experience with Azure.
• Ability to collaborate with Delivery and Product Managers.
• Knowledge of architectural patterns (SOA, MVC, RESTful, microservices).
• Experience with GitHub for version control and CI/CD workflows.

What you will be doing:

As a Cloud Architect you will focus on designing IT solutions to address business challenges and requirements by collaborating closely with a Delivery and Product Manager on impacting business and integration solutions. Dive into complex environments, serving a numerous of use cases, with a cloud-first mindset. You'll also navigate the scope of on-premises software applications and systems, ensuring a holistic approach to architecting cutting-edge solutions.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and design comprehensive solutions
• Create architectural designs and technical specifications for software applications, systems, or platforms
• Research, evaluate, and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks that align with project requirements and organizational goals
• Design and implement cloud-based solutions that meet the organization's technical and business requirements
• Identify potential risks and issues related to solution architecture, and propose mitigation strategies
• Ensure that solutions meet quality standards, performance benchmarks, and security requirements
• Create and maintain documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation guides.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience as a Solution Architect
• In depth knowledge and experience with cloud-based solutions in Azure
• Expertise in architecting and managing cloud infrastructures at an enterprise scale
• Strong understanding of software development principles, programming languages and technologies (e.g., .NET, Java)
• Strong understanding of architectural patterns, design principles, and methodologies (e.g., SOA, MVC, RESTful, microservices architecture)
• Proficiency in utilizing GitHub for version control and experience in implementing GitHub Actions for automated workflows in CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Degree in Computer Engineering or similar.

What will be a plus:

• Previous experience with AWS and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Previous experience in design comprehensive solutions that leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
