The SAP Academy for Customer Success is a global development program designed for talent early in their careers. The Account Executive pathway includes a 10-month learn-apply program with classroom and field phases alongside our sales team, developing cloud-revenue skills and customer engagement.

Upon successful completion, you move into a direct customer-facing sales role, with mentoring and coaching to accelerate growth.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years in a quota-carrying sales role in tech or related field.
• Experience generating opportunities, qualifying leads, and managing sales pipelines.
• Proficiency in English for global engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Complete a 10-month learn-apply program with classroom and field phases alongside the sales team.
• Immersive learning focusing on digital transformation, AI, strategy, and industry knowledge.
• Drive value across the customer lifecycle through solution adoption and renewals.
• Receive onboarding in local market with mentoring by a Senior Account Executive.
