A reputable healthcare facility in Porto, Portugal is urgently seeking a qualified Dietitian to join on a contract basis. The Dietitian will assess and provide dietary advice to patients with various medical conditions and will work within a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition/Dietetics, at least 2 years of experience, and a Registered Dietitian license. The position offers a competitive salary of 1800$ and relocation or accommodation is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition/Dietetics from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dietitian.
• Registered Dietitian license/certification.
• Strong knowledge of various medical conditions and their nutritional requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Conducting assessments and developing personalized nutrition plans for patients with medical conditions such as obesity, diabetes, and heart disease
• Monitoring patients' progress and making necessary adjustments to their nutrition plans
• Educating patients on proper nutrition and healthy eating habits
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients
• Keeping up-to-date with current research and trends in the field of nutrition
