Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Act as liaison between clients and production teams to coordinate projects.
• Initiate projects with budgets, schedules, and detailed instructions.
• Provide estimates of cost and timeline for translation projects.
• Ensure client concerns are addressed before submission to production.
• Onboard new clients and train junior team members.
• Monitor progress to meet deadlines and budgets.
