Next Engineering in Lisbon is looking for a Client Data Controller to join our hybrid team. You will validate account opening requests, verify KYC status, and maintain accurate client and contract information in our databases.

The ideal candidate has expert English, very good Excel skills, great attention to detail, and a client‑oriented mindset. The role offers a base salary of 920€–1100€ with food allowance and flex benefits in a collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Expert level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Validate account opening requests, ensuring all mandatory client information is available before account setup.
• Verify KYC status, signatory authority and contractual documentation.
• Register and maintain accurate client and contract information in internal databases.
• Ensure compliance with department procedures, quality standards and risk controls.
• Contribute to process improvements and changes required by the activity.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and rigor.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a client-oriented mindset.
