As Chief of Staff for the Commercial Organization, you will work closely with leadership to drive key initiatives within the Commercial team. You’ll operate at the center of a critical function, coordinating operational efforts, supporting strategic priorities, and ensuring the Commercial team can focus on delivering exceptional customer outcomes. You will act as a trusted partner, aligning the team with company-wide goals. Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the Commercial leadership team, helping shape and execute the most critical initiatives across the Commercial teams.
• Bridge between the Commercial leadership and internal stakeholders, fostering strong relationships, clear communication, and alignment of priorities.
• Lead key cross-functional projects end-to-end, ensuring momentum, clarity, and results.
• Track action items, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of Commercial projects and initiatives.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies, streamlining processes, and helping teams stay focused on high-impact work.
• Build and track key performance metrics to inform decision-making and assess progress on strategic goals.
• Serve as an internal “force multiplier” — increasing the capacity and effectiveness of the Commercial leadership team by stepping in where needed to keep things moving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in a strategic support role, ideally in a technology or sales-focused environment, with a track record of driving strategic initiatives and cross-functional execution.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Solid organizational and coordination abilities, with an eye for detail and follow-through.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams.
• Business acumen and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced setting with a passion for solving Commercial challenges.
