SHAPE THE FUTURE OF PRIVACY WITH USERCENTRICS

Your Tasks
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring high engagement and performance
  • Execute joint go-to-market activities, including campaigns, events, and enablement programs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to support partner success
  • Regularly report on partner performance, sales pipeline, and KPIs
  • Stay informed on market trends, competition, and regulatory developments in the assigned market
You Bring
  • 3 – 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales or business development, account management (B2B, preferably in tech/SaaS or related fields)
  • Experience building local partner ecosystems
  • Fluent in: English, Italian
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with partner portals, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and tracking partner performance
  • Ability to work independently while engaging with both regional and international teams
Nice to Have
  • Existing network of resellers, distributors, or technology partners in EMEA markets
  • Background in SaaS, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or cloud solutions
