Inetum is seeking an Azure Cloud Operations Engineer to join a dynamic team in Portugal. You will administer Azure infrastructure, manage VMs, networking, storage, and platform services, and ensure platform stability, security, and performance.

Responsibilities include provisioning, lifecycle management, incident resolution, automation with PowerShell and Azure CLI, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain runbooks and documentation.

Qualificações

• Microsoft Azure technologies, including Virtual Machines, Networking, Storage, and Platform Services.
• Infrastructure Administration: Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and related services.
• Patching, server lifecycle management, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Monitoring tools, alert management, and operational support activities.
• Incident investigation, problem analysis, and resolution.
• Capacity planning, performance monitoring, and resource optimization.
• Automation and scripting using PowerShell and Azure CLI.
• Knowledge of operational procedures, runbooks, change management processes, and documentation best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and operate Azure infrastructure and platform services;
• Manage and troubleshoot Azure virtual machines, networking, storage, and platform resources;
• Execute provisioning, configuration, maintenance, upgrade, and lifecycle management activities;
• Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and technical issues within agreed service levels;
• Support the implementation of cloud architecture standards and best practices;
• Monitor Azure environments and proactively address reliability, availability, and performance issues;
• Contribute to automation initiatives to reduce manual operational effort and improve efficiency;
• Support capacity management and resource optimization activities;
• Maintain operational documentation, procedures, runbooks, and knowledge articles;
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security, database, and application teams to ensure service continuity.
