Join us in shaping the future of sustainable sourcing across Europe.

We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative Category Manager to lead our Co-Packing category—outsourcing manufacturing processes—across multiple European markets. This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive value, innovation, and sustainability across our supply chain.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development and execution of category strategies across EU markets, balancing cost, quality, and supply security.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align procurement goals with business strategy—acting as the single point of contact for your category.
• Drive total cost of ownership (TCO) improvements and identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Manage RFIs/RFPs, negotiations, and contracts using our 7-Step Strategic Sourcing methodology.
• Champion supplier relationships and performance, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
• Deliver on sustainability goals and risk mitigation strategies through innovative sourcing.
• Monitor and report on procurement performance and value delivery.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: Proven success in procurement or category management, ideally with exposure to cardboard and corrugated packaging. Experience working with global and regional suppliers.
• Skills: Strategic sourcing, negotiation, and contract management; market assessment and sustainability integration; project management and data analysis; risk identification and mitigation.
• Behaviours: Strong relationship builder and influencer; strategic thinker and problem solver; inclusive team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher; Fluency in English; knowledge of French, German, Spanish or Dutch is a plus.
