Vector Synergy is seeking a capable professional to support NATO Cyberspace Learning Catalogue management. The role focuses on updating content across TMS, ETOC and ePRIME while maintaining alignment with the NATO portal.

The ideal candidate brings experience in structured training processes, strong data handling skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple systems to ensure accurate, up-to-date course information for national and international learners.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years in a NATO education/training environment or in a NATO command/international organization training department.
• Familiarity with ETOC, ePrime and TMS; able to manage course data, change records and perform bulk data tasks.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with reporting and data management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Update TMS, ETOC and ePRIME to ensure content consistency between the NCI Academy Cyberspace Learning Catalogue and the NATO portal.
• Support Cyberspace Learning Catalogue management by aligning content across TMS, ETOC and the Agency Services Catalogue and contributing to Curriculum Review activities.
• Develop and manage a CCD tracking dashboard linked to the Academy Learning Cyberspace Catalogue.

• A minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience in a NATO Education or Training facility or in the training department of a NATO command or international organization, including experience working with structured training processes;
• Familiarity with ETOC, ePrime, and Academy Training Management System (TMS), or comparable training management systems, demonstrating the ability to manage course data, maintain course change records, and perform routine and high volume data management tasks;
• Proven ability to manage multiple demands in a rapidly changing environment, supported by strong administrative and organizational skills, including coordination, and high volume operational task management. Solid reporting and data management skills, including the ability to prepare structured reports, conduct data downloads, and perform bulk uploads.

Duties/role:

• Updating TMS, ETOC, and ePRIME, assuring consistency of content between the NCI Academy Cyberspace Learning Catalogue and the NATO portal;
• Providing support to the Cyberspace Learning Catalogue management by managing course content updates, maintaining alignment across TMS, ETOC and the Agency Services Catalogue, and contributing to Curriculum Review activities;
• Developing and managing a Course Control Document (CCD) tracking dashboard, that manages production and repositorium, linking it directly with the Academy Learning Cyberspace Catalogue.
