RoomRaccoon Hotel Tech is seeking a Talent Development Specialist to lead career frameworks, growth tracks, and PDPs. You will coach managers, drive development programs, and shape capability roadmaps across the organization.

You will design and own internal training, enable mobility, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact and continuous improvement. Hybrid model and equity opportunities available.

Qualificações

• 8+ years experience in talent development, people development, or career coaching.
• Strong understanding of career frameworks, learning design, and development methodologies.
• Experience with instructional design frameworks and adult learning principles.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and influence without authority.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in fast-moving SaaS or scale-up environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, OD, Education, or related field.
• Comfortable using AI to drive efficiency in the role.

Responsabilidades

• Owning and evolving RoomRaccoon’s career framework, growth tracks, and job mapping with clarity, fairness, and consistency.
• Supporting structured career conversations and PDPs as a credible career partner and coach.
• Enabling managers to drive progression, feedback, and capability building through training, coaching, and hands-on support.
• Partnering with senior leadership to define company-wide capability roadmaps for current and future needs.
• Designing and delivering development initiatives aligned to business needs with an annual training calendar.
• Own internal training programme and link employees to development material to advance roles, updating records in RaccoonLearn.
• Drive internal mobility by identifying talent readiness and succession opportunities.
• Collaborate with People, Talent Acquisition, Leadership, and managers across functions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and lead change with managers and teams.
• Develop analytics dashboards to measure impact of this role.

Formação académica

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organisational Development, Education, or related field
